Mitchell Properties manages rentals in downtown and mid-town Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and wanted an identity system that captured the casual environment of the inland Northwest and Coeur d’Alene’s luxurious resort community, a combination that reflects comfortable rentals and the professionalism of their management. 

Using an earthy palette, a visual identity was created to reflect the outdoor activities of downtown while the timeless font of the logo and icon reflect the sophistication of downtown living. Using geometrical color placement on letterhead and business cards echoes the structural elements of housing.
